Practices and games take place on Saturdays only, the first 2 are practices and the following 6 are games. First Two-Week Practice Structure: Street Sprinters (Ages 7-9) Structure: Warm-Up (10 Minutes): Basic skating drills and puck/ball handling. Skill Stations (30 Minutes): Rotating drills focused on passing, shooting, and teamwork. Mini Scrimmage (20 Minutes): Informal games to practice positioning and movement. Junior Titans (Ages 10-12) Structure: Warm-Up (10 Minutes): Advanced drills for puck control and speed. Skill Stations (30 Minutes): Targeted exercises for offensive/defensive strategies and goalie practice (if applicable). Mini Scrimmage (20 Minutes): Focus on applying strategies in a game-like environment. Final 6 Weeks: Game Focus Each week will feature scheduled games between teams in the division. Street Sprinters (Ages 7-9) Games: Two 20-minute halves with a 10-minute halftime. Junior Titans (Ages 10-12) Games: Three 15-minute periods with 5-minute breaks between periods.
