KRTT Youth Volleyball Club Description

Welcome to KRTT Youth Volleyball Club! Our club is dedicated to providing young athletes ages 7-12 with an exciting and supportive environment where they can learn, play, and thrive in the sport of volleyball. Whether your child is a beginner or has some experience, our program is designed to help them develop their skills and passion for the game.

Program Highlights:

1. Expert Coaching:

• Our experienced coaches are passionate about volleyball and committed to fostering a love for the sport in young players. They focus on teaching essential skills, techniques, and strategies to help each child improve and succeed.

2. Skill Development:

• Players will learn and practice key volleyball skills, including serving, passing, setting, hitting, and blocking. Our structured training sessions ensure that each participant progresses at their own pace, gaining confidence and competence.

3. Team Play and Sportsmanship:

• Volleyball is a team sport, and we emphasize the importance of teamwork, communication, and good sportsmanship. Our program encourages players to support one another, work together, and build strong team dynamics.

4. Fun and Engaging Sessions:

• We believe that the best way to inspire a love for volleyball is through fun and engaging activities. Each session includes a mix of drills, games, and scrimmages designed to keep kids excited and motivated.

House League Program Details:

• Age Group: 7-12 years old
• Sessions: Fall, Winter, and Spring
• Schedule: 2 sessions per week
• What to Bring: Water bottle, knee pads, appropriate athletic attire, and footwear.
• No tryouts; beginners welcome (30%+ of players are beginners)
• Co-ed: Grades 3-6 (coed: girls and boys)
• Schedule: Generally, one 60–90-minute weeknight practice per week and one weeknight or weekend day match against other KRTT House teams
• Program Price: $119 registration
